Biggest Super Bowl 57 Bets
January 31: Caesars takes another big bet
Caesars Sportsbook announced that it has placed a significant bet using an alternative point spread in Arizona (the host state of this year’s Super Bowl). Via Twitterthe bookmaker said one bettor placed $314,000 on the Chiefs +3.5 at odds of -157.
January 30: And so it begins…
We are back! Yes, it’s another Super Bowl and another installment of the biggest Super Bowl bets. While the Big Game lines and odds are still cooling on the windowsill, some big bets have already been placed.
Caesars Sportsbook reported Monday that they had taken 24 spread or moneyline bets of $10,000 or more within an hour of posting their Super Bowl odds. Of those, Caesars said, 21 were with the Philadelphia Eagles, who face the Kansas City Chiefs in this year’s Super Bowl.

The largest bet Caesars received Monday was a $131,584.75 bet in Washington, DC on the Eagles -2 (at odds of -110) that would net that player $119,622.50. Caesars also took another six-figure Super Bowl total bet when a Nevada player bet $110,000 on the game that went over 49.5 points (-110) for a potential $100,000 win.
“Even though it was in six figures and a large amount, we decided to stick with our number because we liked where we were,” said Adam Pullen, deputy director of commerce at Caesars. “In the Super Bowl, a six-figure bet isn’t always going to move the number because you have a lot more to do in that game than you do in any other game.”

The biggest Super Bowl bets of the past year
Jim McIngvale, aka “Mattress Mack,” dropped some of the biggest bets for last year’s Super Bowl, which is becoming a recurring theme for major sporting events. Not only that, the Houston-based furniture store owner placed what Caesars Sportsbook called “the largest legal mobile sports bet of all time.”
Mack’s action at last year’s game ultimately totaled around $9.5 million, all of which went toward the Cincinnati Bengals’ win. They have not.
According to @CaesarsSports, Mattress Mack has placed another $5 million bet on the Bengals’ money line (+170). The Houston furniture salesman known for using the betting market to hedge giveaways now has ~$9.5 million on the Bengals for a potential net win of $16.2 million. — David Payne Purdum (@DavidPurdum) February 11, 2022
