Check Out The 3 Brave Minnesotans On Survivor 44!

I remember when the reality show Survivor first came on TV. We watched religiously at our house and made sure we had our TiVo ready to record the episodes when we weren’t home. Yes, that’s how old I am. A dream for many of my friends was to be a contestant on the show. Well, that dream comes true for three native Minnesotans in Season 44, and who knows, they might be the only survivor by the next survivor!

Meet the three Minnesotans who go head-to-head in Survivor Season 44

The cast for the next season of Survivor was recently revealed and I felt a little proud of Minnesota to see that the land of 10,000 lakes was well represented with 3 of the 18 castaways. I was also a little jealous because those native Minnesotans have been to Fiji and I’m sitting here in freezing temperatures… but I think I’ll survive this while they survive this.

According to ew.com, here are the three Minnesotans who had the amazing opportunity to get dirty, swim in the ocean, and compete in challenges to hopefully win $1 million:

• Caroline Wiger – She is 35 years old and currently resides in Hugo, Minnesota but her hometown is North St. Paul. Her job is drug counselor.

• Sarah Wade – She is 27 years old, currently resides in Chicago, Illinois but was a graduate of Mayo High School in Rochester, Minnesota. She currently works as a management consultant.

• Frannie Marin – She is 23 years old and currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts but grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is research coordinator.

When can we watch the first episode of Survivor season 44?

Survivor fans are excited for a new season, and if you are, you’ll have to wait a little longer as season 44 doesn’t air until March 1 on CBS.
