Organizers previously announced that tickets will officially sell out towards the end of September, with more than 33,000 spectators expected at Mosaic Stadium on matchday.
As of Tuesday, hundreds of seats in almost every area of the stadium were listed for resale through Ticketmaster, starting at more than original retail value, including some priced in excess of $1,000.
Tickets are also popping up online in places like Facebook Marketplace, with many having been posted since Saturday when the Roughriders were officially eliminated from playoff contention. Online retailer StubHub lists just over 250 available tickets, ranging from $400 for seating in Pil Country to $1,400 in the opposite end zone.

While it’s common to see tickets from home team fans after their team has been bumped, many in the community are also wondering about a noticeable lack of announcement from organizers.
With matchday just over three weeks away, no headliner has been named for the Gray Cup halftime show.
Gray Cup Festival organizers failed to respond in a timely manner to a request from Leader-Post for comment on the details of the halftime show on Tuesday.

Fans can’t help but compare the silence to the American equivalent of the Gray Cup. An NFL announcement nearly a month ago revealed that pop artist Rihanna would be headlining Super Bowl LVI on February 12, 2023.

With three weeks to go until Gray Cup 2022, speculation about his entertainment continues to run amok.
Rumors spread through word of mouth and on social media have pondered many possible options as to who might take the stage.
In tweets shared by local radio commentator Jamie Nye this week, public speculation appears to be mostly focused on Canadian performers. The Sheepdogs, Shania Twain, New Kids on the Block, Simple Plan and Carly Rae Jepsen were all named as names circulating in I’ve Heard conversations this year.
Nickelback has also been brought up as a possibility, although a recently announced show in Mashantucket, Connecticut on November 20th shatters that idea.
Regina has previously hosted the Gray Cup in 1995, 2003 and 2013, with blues guitarist Jack Semple, Canadian star Bryan Adams and pop-rock band Hedley playing those halftime shows.
So far, rumors don’t seem to have any teeth and with no official communication from either the CFL or Gray Cup committee, fans will have to continue to wait.
The news seems to be coming at us faster and faster. From COVID-19 updates to politics and crime and everything in between, it can be difficult to keep up.
